Central Parking Payment Needs a Bulgarian Phone Number
Sofia's central parking runs on Blue and Green zones, paid by SMS to short codes: 1302 for Blue Zone (roughly 1.02 EUR per hour) and 1303 for Green Zone. That works for a Bulgarian mobile number, but is a genuine barrier for a foreign visitor without a local SIM. No app-based or foreign-card alternative was found, so don't assume one exists.
